I'm writing about one particular chemical today, Oxytocin.
The group on the right have it made. Just swinging an arm around a buddy, looking into the face of another person, smiling, even watching other people smile, getting adjusted and having your chiropractor actually lay hands on you, i'ts all getting that oxytocin flowing. Do any of them look stressed out to you? Studies show even if they were stressed previous to this occasion, it has now been measurably reduced on a chemical level.
So cuddle up, let your aunt kiss you on the cheek, hug a good friend instead of the casual head bob. It all helps your overall health and wellness. Now isn't that a happy thought.
