Allow me to direct you to the principle of hormesis. I'm sure XYZ is the newest fad in health and it probably can be beneficial but the key to knowing is paying attention to your body.
If you are in pain because you are not moving, get moving. If you are in pain because your job or hobbies have you moving too much or incorrectly, change that. It is simple, but that doesn't mean its easy. Often lifestyle change is key to true healing.
So get out there, eat some broccoli, get some exercise, get adjusted and take your health back into your own hands.
