Massage Therapy reduces muscle tension and trigger points, increases blood and lymphatic circulation, decreases pain and increases the health and wellness of the body. Our certified massage therapists are proficient in many styles including deep tissue, injury massage, Swedish, sports, acupressure, trigger point, structural, shiatsu, prenatal, and lymphatic. They also provide hydrotherapy, hot stones and foot reflexology.
What can I expect?
We offer 30 minute, 60 minute, and 90 minute massages. Often, a light oil or lotion is used to allow your muscles to be massaged without causing excessive friction to the skin. The oil also helps hydrate your skin. You should communicate immediately if you feel any discomfort so that another approach may be taken. Massage and bodywork are most effective when your body is relaxed.
