Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a powerful, natural way to reduce muscle tension, relieve trigger points, and promote overall health and wellness. By improving blood and lymphatic circulation, massage helps decrease pain, support recovery, and enhance the body’s ability to heal and function at its best.

Our licensed massage therapists are trained in a wide range of techniques, allowing each session to be customized to your individual needs. Modalities include:

  •  Deep Tissue

  •  Injury and Rehabilitative Massage

  •  Swedish Massage

  •  Sports Massage

  •  Acupressure

  •  Trigger Point Therapy

  •  Structural Bodywork

  •  Shiatsu

  •  Prenatal Massage

  •  Lymphatic Drainage

What Can I Expect?

We offer 30-, 60-, and 90-minute massage sessions.

During your session, a light oil or lotion is typically used to reduce friction and allow smooth, effective muscle work while also hydrating the skin. Your therapist will tailor the pressure and technique to your comfort level and goals.

Open communication is encouraged—if you experience any discomfort, simply let your therapist know so adjustments can be made. Massage therapy is most effective when your body is relaxed and your mind is at ease.

Who Can This Help?

Massage therapy benefits individuals of all ages and activity levels. It may help:

  • Release chronic muscular tension and pain

  • Improve circulation and lymphatic flow

  • Increase joint flexibility and range of motion

  • Reduce stress and mental fatigue

  • Support faster recovery from injuries

  • Improve posture and muscular balance

  • Lower blood pressure

  • Promote deeper, more restorative sleep

  • Enhance focus and reduce anxiety

Whether you are recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply seeking relaxation, massage therapy supports whole-body wellness and helps you move through life feeling better.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a time-tested healing practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is based on the principle that the body contains energetic pathways, known as meridians, which influence the function of internal organs and body systems. Along these pathways are specific acupuncture points that serve as access points to regulate circulation, restore balance, and promote natural healing.

During treatment, extremely fine, sterile needles are gently inserted at carefully selected points. This precise stimulation helps activate the body’s own healing mechanisms, improve circulation, regulate the nervous system, and restore energetic balance.

Our acupuncturist is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM®) in both acupuncture and Chinese herbology, ensuring the highest standards of training and professional excellence.

What Can I Expect?

Appointments typically last about one hour.

Your practitioner will begin with a thorough consultation, reviewing your health history, current concerns, and overall constitution. Based on this evaluation, a customized treatment plan is created specifically for you.

Needle placement varies from person to person and may change from visit to visit, depending on your progress and current condition. Most patients feel little to no discomfort upon insertion and often experience deep relaxation during treatment.

Who Can This Help?

Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine are widely recognized for their effectiveness in supporting a variety of health conditions. Both the National Institutes of Health and the World Health Organization acknowledge acupuncture as beneficial for numerous concerns.

These may include:

  • Arthritis and joint pain

  • Neuropathy and nerve-related conditions

  • Muscle tension and injuries

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Digestive disorders

  • Hormonal imbalances

  • Stress and anxiety

  • Respiratory or immune challenges

If you’re wondering whether acupuncture may be right for you, we invite you to schedule a consultation to discuss your specific health goals and concerns.

Cranial- Sacral

Cranial-Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique designed to evaluate and release restrictions within the tissues that surround the brain and spinal cord. Using light, precise touch, this therapy supports the natural movement of the cranial bones and sacrum, helping to optimize the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and enhance nervous system function. Because the central nervous system controls and coordinates every function in the body, improving its environment can have wide-reaching benefits for both children and adults.

What Will I Experience?

Cranial-Sacral Therapy is deeply relaxing. You will remain fully clothed while your doctor applies light touch—typically at the head and at the sacrum (the base of the spine). The pressure used is subtle and gentle. Many patients report a calming sensation and, in some cases, a feeling of warmth or gentle rhythmic movement.

What Is Actually Happening?

Although the bones of the skull may appear fixed, there is a subtle, natural motion between them. Restrictions can develop due to stress, injury, or birth trauma. By gently releasing these restrictions in the cranial bones and sacrum, this therapy helps:

  • Improve the rhythmic flow of cerebrospinal fluid

  • Enhance nutrient delivery to the brain and spinal cord

  • Support the removal of cellular waste

  • Reduce tension within the central nervous system

This improved fluid movement supports healthier communication throughout the body.

How Does This Help?

Optimizing central nervous system function is essential at every stage of life. For adults, Cranial-Sacral Therapy may help support cognitive clarity, stress reduction, headache relief, and overall nervous system balance. For infants and children, gentle cranial work can assist in addressing birth-related tension, support healthy cranial development, and may help reduce issues such as colic, feeding challenges, and irritability. By improving the environment of the brain and spinal cord, Cranial-Sacral Therapy encourages the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate itself.
